Let me tell you the ingredients you require to make spinach and cheese balls.
Half a cup of chopped spinach.
Two processed cheese cubes, each cut into six pieces.
One cup of boiled, peeled and mashed potatoesYou need one cup of boiled, peeled and mashed potatoes
Half a cup of crumbled paneer.
You need salt to taste
One teaspoon of green chili paste
one-fourth cup of whole wheat bread crumbs
oil for deep frying

First is. Take the boiled and mashed potato in a bowl. Add protein-rich paneer to it. Then add chopped spinach. Add salt to taste. Now add green chili paste and bread crumbs. Mix all this well. Once your mixture is ready, roll them into balls. Keep the oil for heating. Then shape one portion into a round ball and press it lightly to form a depression. Now put a protein-rich cheese cube in the center and again roll it into a small round ball. After making balls, roll them in bread crumbs till they are evenly coated from all the sides. Then deep fry them. Cook till they are nice brown in color from all the sides. Your hot protein rich snack is now ready to serve. Serve this nutritious snack with tomato ketchup or sweet chili sauce. Serve it hot.
